Northwest Park Municipal Utility District (the “District”) owns and operates the water supply and waste water collection systems serving your home or business. The District’s operator is Water District Service Co. We contract with them to read the meters bi-monthly and bill and collect for water service in the district. In addition they maintain operation of our water/sewer system and the joint wastewater treatment plant located in Willowood. The District’s bi-monthly water and sewer rates are as follows:

In addition to these rates, virtually all water users in Harris County are subject to Groundwater Reduction Plan (GRP) fees. These fees are mandated by other governmental entities as approved by Harris County voters and are included on your water bill.

Example–

Homeowner using 14,000 gallons in a 2 month billing cycle

Minimum charge (first 6,000 gallons) water	$13.00
Next 8,000 gallons - $1.00 per 1000 gallons water	$ 8.00
Minimum charge (first 10,000 gallons) sewer	$20.00
Next 4,000 gallons - $0.25 per 1000 gallons sewer	$ 1.00
Total bi-monthly bill	$42.00 plus GRP fee
