Location

Northwest Park Municipal Utility District is located in northwest Harris County. The District is bounded approximately on the north by North Beltway 8 (Sam Houston Parkway) and straddles Tomball Parkway (FM 249) near Antoine and Bammel North Houston Rd. The District encompasses 1526 acres of land of which 674 acres have been developed for single family residential purposes, 243 acres for multifamily, commercial and other usages and 68 acres for two elementary schools, a middle school, an Aldine Independent School District bus facility and a Houston Metro Park and Ride facility
